Building Refurbishment

During 2019/2020 building number 1201/A1 was severely damaged by acid fumes, apparently from the use of Hydrochloric acid in processing.
The tenant liable refurbished this building completely and the building is almost ready for possible new tenants to move in.
With the assistance and guidelines of our internal quality control process, corrective actions were taken to ensure that all buildings are inspected on a regular basis. A comprehensive maintenance plan is now in place to ensure that repair work and preventative maintenance is carried out timeously to ensure that the value of our property will be maintained.
