Kadoma (Steelpoort Industrial Park) currently remains the only income generating asset in Freedom’s portfolio. The property is situated in the Limpopo Province, almost in the center of the growth area known as the Eastern limb of the bushveld geologic complex which is one of the fastest growing mining areas in South Africa, with minerals such as Chrome, all the platinum group metals (PGM’S), Vanadium etc being mined and processed in the area.

Freedom is fortunate to have this prime asset, with excellent 24-hour security with all in house self-governing services from water, electricity, and sanitation, as an asset with enormous potential. The tenants consist mostly of secondary mining and engineering- service providers to the local mining and industry as well as transport related companies, both national and international.

Current demand at Kadoma is for bigger premises and chrome ore washing plants.
